Ethiopian coffee producers never use fertilizer and chemicals for the sake of increasing production. As a result, it bears organic and different certificates like Rain Forest Alliance, UTZ, Fair Trade (FLO), Café Practice.
Hambela Guji coffee is a naturally processed Ethiopian filter coffee from the Guji Zone in Ethiopia. It is grown at an altitude of 1900 meters and is of the native heirloom varietal. The coffee cherries are dried on patios or raised beds in the sun for 4-6 weeks, which gives the coffee its beautiful flavor clarity. You can expect to find notes of raspberries, tropical fruit, and plum with an excellent floral and clean finish. It’s perfect for filter brewing or clean espresso.
